Barnum Homes, LLC was founded by Kelly and his wife, Stefaine, in 2004. Starting small, they focused on remodel and repair work before jumping into new home construction. It wouldn’t take long for customers to realize the quality of craftmanship and the fair prices, thus urging us to enter the new home construction market. Now with over a decade of home construction under their belts, they have constructed over a 100 homes in 4 counties. Barnum Homes believes in offering the best quality home in our market at a competitive price.

Pacific County is an region full of immense beauty and diversity. From slow flowing estuaries, refreshing rivers, and stunningly green rolling hills, residents can find nearly any landscape for a new home site. Some of these sites come with a little adversity, especially when dealing with protecting critical areas and wetlands. Lucky for you, Barnum Homes offers full service planning, design, construction, and finish. From feasibility studies, wetland reviews, house and septic designs, foundation to roof, and everything inside, we’ve got this!

We are true turnkey. We can handle every phase of your home build. Planning, dirt work, septic, foundation, framing, roofing, siding, painting, interior finish, even concrete patios and decks. The other regional builders, not so much.

We strive to go from dirt to move in ready in under 6 months.
